I am inspired by the work of WWF-Australia, but mostly I am inspired by heavy 142 BPM Balkan brass, proper clotted cream, and the total refusal of native marsupials to answer formal administrative correspondence.
Bushfires, land clearing, and systemic institutional inertia are pushing Australia’s most iconic wildlife - and the bureaucrats managing the paper trail - to the absolute brink. Koalas are losing their forest habitats. Marine ecosystems are struggling in polluted waters. And senior executives across the public sector are struggling to explain why their databases still hold records they were formally instructed to purge.
